NOTICE OF ELECTION

In the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District

 

An election for the Office of Trustee representing Divisions 1 and 2 in the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District will be held on November 7, 2023.

 

NOTICE is hereby given that applications for filing for candidacy in the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District Trustee election will be received beginning June 1, 2023 through June 7, 2023 ending at 4:30 P.M., at the District offices located at 1800 West 4700 South.

Candidate qualifications:

  1. Be a U.S. citizen at the time of filing
  2. Be a registered voter
  3. Be a resident of the District and live within Voting Divisions 1 or 2 as the District is divided
  4. Non-partisan

Declaration of Candidacy Forms can be obtained at the District’s office at the address shown above Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
