NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY

In the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District

NOTICE is hereby given that applications for filing for candidacy in the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District Trustee election will be received beginning June 1, 2021 through June 7, 2021 ending at 4:30  p.m., at the District offices located at 1800 West 4700 South.

Candidate qualifications:

  1. Be a U.S. citizen at the time of filing
  2. Be a registered voter
  3. Be a resident of the District and live within Voting Division #3 as the District is divided
  4. Non-partisan
