Notice of Cancellation of the

2021 Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District Trustee Election

In accordance with section 17B-1-306 the Board of Trustees has approved the cancellation of the local election for 2021.  The number of District Offices candidates, including any eligible write-in candidates under Section 20A-9-601, does not exceed the number of open District offices for which the candidates have filed and each District Officer candidate, including any eligible write-in candidates in each division of the District is unopposed.
